- We will issue a refund if cancellation occurs more than 10 days prior to arrival minus $35 in booking fees.
- No refund if cancellation occurs between 10 days and 1 day prior to arrival however moneys paid can be credited to a rescheduled stay subject to availability.
- If cancellation occurs the day before arrival there are no refunds.
